Muntari handed three-game ban

Udinese midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari has been suspended for three matches after his dismissal on Saturday.

The Ghanaian ace was justifiably red carded for a vicious and reckless challenge on Andrea Capone during the 3-1 win over Cagliari.

Muntari, sent off three times already this season, will now not be able to feature again until after Christmas.

It?s unclear at this stage whether the Bianconeri, who face Atalanta on Wednesday, plan to appeal against his punishment.
