Muntari Not Included In Inter Milan’s Champions League Squad

Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari was not included in Inter Milan’s UEFA Champions League squad for the group stages.

According to the club’s website, 31 names were submitted and included are new signings Diego Forlan and Mauro Zarate but Muntari’s name was left out.

The deep lying playmaker is out of favour at the club and saw a transfer deadline day move to Turkish giants Galatasaray fall through.

Muntari is expected to start in Ghana’s 2012 African Nations Cup qualifier against Swaziland tonight in Accra.
