Mighty Jets shock King Faisal in FA Cup

Second-tier side Mighty Jets eliminated King Faisal from the MTN FA Cup with a hard fought 1-0 win at the Baba Yara Stadium.

Mustapha Moro netted the match winner on 13 minutes and Jets held to that solitary lead to advance to the last 16 of the competition on Sunday.

Moro profited from a loose ball and he blasted past goalkeeper Ben Mensah.

Jets have been in top form in the Division One League and the Accra-based side made that count on the afternoon.

In other results; Tema Youth trounced Dynamo FC 4-0 in Tema, Hearts of Lions beat Samartex 2-1 at home.
