Michael Essien hails vintage Jeffrey Schlupp

Former Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien praised fellow Ghana international Jeffrey Schlupp for his influential role in helping Leicester City win emphatically against Swansea City.

Schlupp started for the Foxes for the first time since November and gave an all out performance to ensure they beat Swansea 4-0 and most importantly open a 8 point gap at the top.

The victory means if Spurs fail to beat West Brom today Leicester could win the EPL title at Old Trafford next week.

Michael Essien who has never hidden his admiration for Leicester took to social media to congratulate Claudio Ranieri’s men and also praise his fellow Ghanaian Jeffrey Schlupp.
