Medeama will be tough - TP Mazembe icon Solomon Asante

TP Mazembe star Solomon Asante admits his side must deep dig to beat Medeama on Sunday in Sekondi in their penultimate CAF Confederation Cup match.

The Ravens, who have already qualified to the semi-finals, hold the aces to win after winning the corresponding fixture 3-1 in Lubumbashi.

Medeama are third on the table with just two points but Asante is refusing to write them off.

"Ghana is my home and I am happy to be back, but I think the game is really going to be tough," the Ghana international said.

“Medeama is a big Club in Ghana and they want to win all points in other to qualify. If they are able to pick the three points they can qualify to the next round.

“We also want to maintain our impressive record so it is going to be a difficult game on Sunday."
