Match Officials for 26th week matches

Accra, Nov. 1, GNA - The Ghana Football Association has released the list of match officials to handle the 26th-week match scheduled for Wednesday, November 5.

A statement copied to the GNA said referee Ebenezer Adegah from Ho would be at the centre of the match between Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi-based King Faisal to be played at the Cape Coast Sport Stadium. Innocentia Agbavitor and E . Addo-Gyan from Ho and Nsawam respectively will assist him on the flanks.

Another Ho-based referee, Benedicta Wormade has also been mandated to handle the Koforidua encounter between Power F/C and bottom club, Mine Stars, with the lines being run by VLK Demarkpor and M. A. Doku both from Ho.

In the Sunyani derby between Tano Boafoakwa and Brong Ahafo United, which promises a lot of fireworks, Accra-based Alex Kotey will be at the centre to be assisted by Haruna Ayuba and A. S. Seidu both from Kumasi.

The Kumasi match between Asante Kotoko and Stay Cool Professionals will have in the centre Samuel Kwarteng while Tetteh Opai and Sarpong Okumpah, both from Koforidua will assist him.

Referee Mike Amedior from Kumasi has been give the task of handling Arsenals encounter against Accra Great Olympics at the Berekum Park with the lines being managed by Boadu Ayeboafu Ahmed and Akwasi Appiah both from Kumasi manning the lines.

Accra-based Felix Ameh will handle the match between Kpando Heart of Lions and Okwawu United. His assistants are John Mensah and R N. Dodoo from Accra.

In another top liner scheduled for the Accra Sport Stadium between Liberty Professionals and Obuasi Goldfields, Referee Osborn Darko from Berekum will handle affairs in the middle with his assistants being Obeng Menu and Yaw Tannor both from Wenchi.

At Sekondi, Referee R Y. Kwabo from Accra will be in charge of proceedings when Hasaacas take on Real Tamale United at the Gyandu Park. The assistant referees will be Moses Pornotey and David Laryea, both from Accra.
