Mahatma coy about Hearts future

Hearts of Oak captain Mahatma Otoo is keeping the latest about his contract negotiations to his chest until a final decision is arrived at.

The in-form goal poacher has been linked with clubs such as Sunderland, Lyon and South Africa’s Mamelodi Sundowns as his contract runs out with the Phobians.

The 21-year-old said he will not discuss the state of his contract in public and at the appropriate time the fans will get to know the final outcome.

“I am a professional, I don’t discuss my contract with outsiders, I will like to keep my contract in silence and discuss it with the right people and you will get to know what happens as time goes on,” the leading goal scorer of the Ghana Premier League told the local media.

“You will get to know when the time is right,” he added.
