MTN FA Cup: Abubakar to bounce back for Wassaman United

Footy-Ghana.com understands that Wassaman United head Coach Yusif Abubakar is set to lead the team to face New Edubiase United in the MTN FA Cup semifinal match at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday after missing their match against Tema Youth on Monday.

Yusif, who is currently in Prampram for the CAF coaching License A certificate course, is expected to be on the bench for the Tarkwa-based team.

In his absence, goalkeepers’ trainer Ben Owu took charge of the team that beat Tema Youth in Monday’s quarterfinal game in Tarkwa.

The winner of this match will meet Ashanti Gold in the Grand Finale at the Accra Sports Stadium on July 29.
