MTN FA CUP: Media Accreditation for cup final

The FA Cup committee wishes to bring to the attention of all media houses which wish to cover the MTN FA Cup Final match between New Edubiase and Ashanti Gold to please send their request for media accreditation cards to the GFA Front Desk by close of day tomorrow Wednesday, July 25.

The request must be enclosed with the passport pictures of the journalists and should provide the following:

Name of Sport Journalist:

Media House:

Type: eg - online or print or radio or TV

Kindly also note that the MTN Media Accreditation Card will be used for the 2012/2013 season as well
