League Clubs Association express shock at player's death

Accra, March 10, GNA - The Ghana League Clubs Association has expressed shock at the untimely death of Bartholomew Yeboah in a League match. The Association said for a budding talent as he was to die at a tender age of 19, his loss has brought grief to not only his immediate playing colleagues and family but to the entire football fraternity.

Mr Kurt S. Okraku, Administrative Manager of the Association in a message of condolence to the Executive Chairman of Kessben FC and family of Yeboah copied to GNA Sports in Accra, entreated all to be steadfast and give thanks to the Almighty God as he knows best.

"As we all struggle to come to come out of this shock, we just want you to remember that you are not alone in this moment of grief and sorrow. The League Clubs Association stands shoulder to shoulder with the whole Kessben family and May the good Lord give our brother and son a peaceful resting place, and May his soul rest in peace". 10 March 10
