Liberty Professionals youngster, Latif Atta Blessing has apologized to his coach and teammates for his performance in their 3-1 loss to Asante Kotoko.

The 18-year-old has been on form in this year’s league, but was awful last weekend against the Porcupine Warriors.

His only contribution was the goal he scored for his side, and his coach, George Lamptey criticized him for his constant tricks and flicks instead of playing for the benefit for the team.

And he has apologized to the fraternity of the club.

“When you realize you’ve made a mistake, make amends immediately. It’s easier to eat crow while it’s still warm,” Latif Blessing wrote on his Facebook page.

“I am here to say sorry to my coach and the technical team, also to my fans and to my team mates.

“Without you I am nobody. We tried our best last Sunday but it was not enough. Coach I am very very sorry.”

Latif Blessing has scored five goals in seven matches for the Scientific Soccer lads this season.
