Accra Hearts of Oak must have a scouting team to identify talents for the club instead of organizing justify-your-inclusion, according to former Black Stars midfielder Laryea Kingston.

The former Hearts of Oak midfielder adds that the club has no future if the management cannot put in place a scouting team to identify talents while the league is ongoing.

“The time of justify your inclusion is ver and I see Hearts of Oak doing that. That is not the best. What I believe is they should have a scout to go round to look for players while the league is in session,” he said.

“The scout will have to look for players who are needed by the club and not just any player.

Justify your inclusion will not enable you to get the player you want because some players are not seen in the presence of many others,” Laryea added.

Hearts of Oak over the years have been organizing justify your inclusion to pick players for their side.

Japanese trainer, Kenichi upon assuming duty organized a similar exercise which saw close to sixty players turning up but eventually did not pick any player from the exercise.
