Kwesi Appiah showing good form in pre-season with Crystal Palace

Returning Ghana and Crystal Palace forward Kwesi Appiah is looking healthy and excited as he continues to work his way back to full fitness.

The Ghana international was ruled out of action for the entire last season but has been able to return for pre-season with Alan Pardew's men.

Appiah was making a name for himself at both club and national level before the unfortunate happened to him while on national duty.

His return is a huge statement of mental strength and desire after the horrific injury.

Appiah posted a picture of himself looking very happy while training with his colleagues ahead of the 2016/2017 English Premier League season.
