Kwesi Appiah Won't Rush For Black Stars Job

Kwesi Appiah has distanced himself from talks linking him a future Black Stars coaching job.
The ex-Ghana captain has been hugely praised after he won the 2011 All Africa Games football gold medal at the weekend with a locally-based national Under-23 side.
Appiah took charge of the team for the final qualifier and went on to win gold at the tournament in Maputo, Mozambique.
The Ghana assistant coach has been playing down his heroics and says he wants to bide his time.
”I believe day in and day out, I am learning. Even with this team that chalked success, a new technical team as well as players, I have learnt a lot and I will say God’s time is the best,” Appiah told Kumasi-based Angel FM.
“When the time comes, no one can deny me but I won’t rush in doing anything.”
