Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah has revealed he will be included in Juventus’ squad for the second half of the UEFA Champions League.

The 27-year-old was not registered at the start of the competition due to his time on the sidelines with injury.

Asamoah has rarely featured for the Italian giants this season as he continued with his battle of regaining full fitness ever since undergoing a knee surgery last year.

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri is now convinced of the former Udinese man’s fitness and has decided to enter his name for the second half of the Champions League.

“The club will be including me in the Champions League squad in January,” Asamoah told GHANAsoccernet.com in an exclusive interview.

This means the Ghanaian will have a chance of helping Juventus as they come up against German giants Bayern Munich in the Round of 16.
