Kumordzi nearing injury return

Ghanaian International Bernard Kumordzi is inching closer to recovery according to reports in Belgium, but will have to wait to be in action next season.

The crocked KRC Genk midfielder is yet to play a part for his team since the beginning of the year after undergoing a surgery to correct a fractured tibia.

The box to box midfielder has been scheduled to be out of action for three months but is yet to recover fully for his club in the Belgium top flight league.

The 29-year-old has been one of the best performers for Coach Alex McLeish in their chase for the Belgian Pro League title.

Reports in Belgium suggest the Ghanaian International will not feature for his club this season with 2 matches to wrap up the Belgium Pro League.
