Kotoko returns to training after President Cup victory

Asante Kotoko have returned to training to prepare for the game against Inter Allies after storming Accra to pick the President’s Cup at the expense of Hearts of Oak.

Coach Michael Osei’s side will take on Inter Allies in the next Premier League game and have returned to sharpen their skills ahead of the game.

Kotoko beat Hearts 3-2 on penalties last Friday in the President’s Cup match to avenge last year’s defeat they suffered in the hands of their rivals. The players were subsequently given rest throughout the weekend.

With reports flying around that Michael Osei is about to confirmed as the substantive boss the team has returned to training.
