Kotoko Drop Alex Asamoah From Serbia Tour Squad

Asante Kotoko have dropped striker Alex Asamoah for the team’s pre-season tour to Serbia.

The 2008/2009 Ghana Premier League top scorer is chasing a move to Algerian side Entete Setif.

He was expected to join Entete’s pre-season in Egypt to finalize his move to the North African side.

Kotoko have failed to explain why the workaholic forward was left out of their squad.

Asamoah rejoined the club last season after a one-year loan spell at South Korean side Gyeongnam FC.
