Kotoko’s Petition Rejected

Kumasi Asante Kotoko’s petition to the Professional League Board to reschedule their league match against Sekondi Hasaacas, scheduled for Sunday has been rejected.

League leaders Asante Kotoko requested a rescheduling of their league game because of their grand final game in the VODACOM African Challenge Cup, to be played on Sunday against Kaiser Chiefs.

Meanwhile, the Professional League Board has rescheduled two outstanding league matches of Accra Hearts of Oak against Liberty Professionals and Real Tamale United to the 15th and 19th of August.

Premier league matches coming up today at 15:00GMT are:

Hearts of Oak vrs Okwawu United at the Accra Sports Stadium, GHAPOHA vrs Bofoakwa Tano at Tema, Asante Kotoko play Kwaebibirem United in Kumasi.

Dawu Youngsters meet Arsenals at Dawu. Great Olympics travelling to Koforidua to play Maxbees.

Obuasi Goldfields play Hasaacas at the Len Clay Stadium and Adansiman also play Real Tamale United at Tamale.
