Kingson Flirts With Monaco

GHANA’S NUMBER one goal tender, Richard ‘Olele’ Kingson is set to join French side Monaco for next season, DAILY GUIDE SPORTS has gathered.

Kingson, who enjoyed little playing time at Birmingham City in the English Premiership last season, was reported to be in talks with the French side for a possible move.

Though the financial terms and contents of the talks could not be readily disclosed, sources hinted that the agile goalkeeper and officials of Monaco were having fruitful discussions so far and that hopefully Kingson would join the club next season.

Kingson has been Ghana’s reliable goalkeeper for almost a decade. He manned the post when the Black Stars reached the second round of the Germany 2006 World Cup.
