King Faisal/ Okwawu United match rained off

Kumasi, Oct 3, GNA - The Premier League match between King Faisal and Okwawu United at the Kumasi Sports Stadium was rained off on Sunday and the match has thus been rescheduled for Monday, October 4. Faisal were leading 1-0 before the rains set in through an own goal conceded by Eddy Aduaquaye of Okwahu United in the 26th minute of the first half.

The heavy rain started immediately after the second half and after the match officials examined the field they decided that it was soggy and as such they called off the match and rescheduled to Monday.
