Juventus is chasing one of French league's brightest young stars. Lyon midfielder Mikael Essien, a Ghana international, has been scouted in recent weeks by Juve.
Essien came close to joining Everton last season and according to sources have a couple of top premiership clubs hot on his trail.
Essien is rated in the ?8 million class by his club and is also attracting serious Premiership interest.
