John Arwuah starts lights training

Recuperating AmaZulu defender John Arwuah has started light training, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.

The Ghanaian defender has been in the treatment over the last couple of days following an injury he sustained during AmaZulu’s game against Free State Stars two weeks ago.

The former Maritzburg United captain has started some light jogging session as he speeds up the process of returning to the pitch, Ghana’s leading football portal can reveal.

Arwuah has been an engine figure in the Usuthu defensive set-up since joining from Bloemfontein Celtic.

Arwuah has made seven appearances for Usuthu so far this season, six in the league and one in the Telkom Knockout.

Usuthu are currently in 16th place on the Absa Premiership table and will play their next game against Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday.
