John Arwuah close to making a comeback

AmaZulu midfielder John Arwuah says he’s close to making a comeback and do his part in ensuring the club moves away from the danger zone.

The Ghanaian-born player was injured when they faced Free Stats Stars back in October.

He shared his progress and said he’s raring to go and join his teammates in the first team in an aim to challenge for a decent position.

“I’m getting there step by step, at least now I’m now on a light training program and getting feedback from the team doctor,” said Arwuah.

“Things are looking fine so far and I’m hopeful that I could be ready in the next two weeks.

“I can’t wait to get back you know, I’d like to help and contribute to the guys to escape the relegation zone we find ourselves in.

“I’m looking forward to playing once again and I believe we will improve our performance and things return to normal.”

Usuthu’s next encounter is against Platinum Stars at Royal Bafokeng Stadium on Saturday, November 22.
