JoeTex charges Black Stars

Ghanaian international, Joetex Frimpong, has charged the Black Stars to excel in this evening's friendly against French Leagoe 1 side, Nice.

Speaking from Aba in Eastern Nigeria, where his Nigerian club, Enyimba FC, is based, the Ghanaian forward said:

"I expect the team to play well today and make us proud. I have been following the squad like every Ghanaian and I expect a good game from the guys in the team."

Reacting to a question on his absence from the team since the Nations Cup, in Egypt, he replied: "I must confess that it is always great to wear the colours of Ghana, but the fact remains that everyone cannot play at the same time.

"Since it's the Ghanaian National Team, every Ghanaian footballer is qualified to play for the squad. If it's not your turn today, it could be your turn tomorrow."
