Inter-Allies CEO relieved by imminent start of league

Inter-Allies CEO Delali Eric Senaye is elated with the imminent commencement of the Ghana Premier League.

The 2015/16 Ghana Premier League was officially launched at the Ghana Football Association’s secretariat in Accra on Wednesday after months of delay following unsettled issues among some football Clubs.

The launch was used to usher in the new season which begins on Saturday February 20.

All 16 Clubs have confirmed participation in this season’s League after representing at the media launch.

Delali Seneya who was elected on the GFA media Committee is relieved by the imminent start of the domestic top-flight.

“We are relieved, today’s launching means the League will surely come on and is good for us,” he told the media.

“I am personally happy that at long last we will be playing the 2015/16 Ghana Premier League after all this issues that happened.

“I just hope we have a smooth and successful League without any hindrance.”

Inter-Allies welcomes Aduana Stars to the Tema Stadium on Sunday.
