Struggling Belgium giants Standard Liege have been dealt a big blow ahead of their match day 12 fixture against Sporting Charleroi after losing young striker Benjamin Tetteh to injury.

The impressive forward made a remarkable debut for the Reds as he scored in his side’s 2 – 1 home defeat to Westerloi and was set to be handed another starting role by under pressure coach Yannick Ferrera.

Benjamin Tetteh scored his debut league goal Standard Liege.

But ahead of this Sunday afternoon’s clash against the Zebras, the Ghana U20 star will not be available for selection.

Tetteh according to reports was under the weather in the team’s final preps with Liege’s medical department opting not to risk the 6.3 feet tall striker for the game at the Stade de Pays Charleroi.
