Iâ??m settling in well in Saudi â?? Winful Cobbinah

Former Hearts of Oak playmaker Winful Cobbinah says he is settling in well to life at new club Al Najran SC of Saudi Arabia following his official debut for the side on Thursday.

“I have been received well since arriving in Najran [almost two weeks now]. The people and fans of the club are making me enjoy this place so far and I hope to enjoy and improve my game”, Cobbinah added.

Cobbinah was handed his debut in a match-day 7 fixture of the Saudi Pro League which Al Najran lost narrowly to Al Faisaly at the Al-Ukhdood Stadium on Thursday. With the game heading for a draw, the Ghanaian attacker was replaced in the 85th minute by Hamad Al Rabaei but Najran were undone by a late penalty awarded the visitors in added time.

Al Faisaly’s 31-year-old Brazilian striker Marcelo Nicácio converted the penalty to hand the hosts their fifth defeat of the 7-weeks old season.
