I’m not under pressure to deliver - Mahatma Otoo

Ghana striker Mahatma Otoo says there is no pressure on him to replicate his impressive goal scoring form in the Norwegian top-flight league.

The former Hearts of Oak striker who recently signed for Sogndal in Norway has played three matches so far, but he is yet to find the back of the net.

Otoo won the Ghana Premier League top scorer award last season after scoring 20 goals and according to him there is no pressure to score for his new side Sogndal.

"I’m not under any pressure but it is normal the pressure comes but what makes a good footballer is how you convert the pressure into good results on the pitch,” said Otoo.

“I’m hoping to convert that pressure into scoring goals on the pitch for the fans to be happy.”
