I’ll break into the Black Stars, says Sekyere

Former Asante Kotoko midfield enforcer Mark Sekyere is optimistic he will break into the Black Stars setup soon.

According to the combative midfielder, he is doing his best and hoping that his efforts will be noticed by coach Kwesi Appiah.

“I am playing very well with my club Asec Mimosas here in Cote D'Ivoire and I am having a very good season,” Sekyere claimed in an interview with Goal Ghana.

“I hope to be in the Black Stars team soon and once I get the call-up and I am given the chance to play, there will be no turning back.”

“The Ivorian league is very tough and for now I am well concentrated in finishing the season, we have just six games to go,” Sekyere, a former Gomoah Fetteh Feyernoord player, added.
