I’ll Experiment With Tunisian Game - Milo

THE head coach of the senior national team, the Black Stars, Milovan Rajevac has told 90 Minutes in a short interview that Ghana's international friendly against Tunisia on the 19th of November would give him the opportunity to continue to test new players he hopes to bring into the squad. The Serbian tactician reiterated that though he would treat the match with all the seriousness that it deserves, he will give his new players another chance to determine their battle readiness since his aim is to build a strong reserve team for the nation.

"Our priority in the Tunisian friendly would be to give our young and new players another test in a high profile match. There are a host of Ghanaian players out there playing some great games in Europe but the only means by which we can test their quality is through these games,” he said. “After assessing them in these trial matches, we would be in a better position to tell who and who would be good enough to fit into our plans". He however confirmed that Ghana will play at least two more international friendlies before going into the final phase of the World/Nations Cup qualifiers which kicks off in March 2009 with Ghana's first game against the Squirrels of Benin.
