Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom believes the style of football at his new club Boavista will help him return to the peak of his game.

The right-back joined the Portuguese club this summer in his latest attempt to revive his club and international career.

Inkoom had been without a club since leaving DC United late last year.

The Ghana international clinched his first piece of silverware with Boavista over the weekend in their triumph in an international friendly tournament.

The former FC Basel man feels he is at the right club that will help sharpen his skills again.

“The style of play here suits me well. And I believe I will enjoy my football and achieve great things here,” he told Sportscrusader.com.

Inkoom played for Ghana at the 2010 World Cup and was part of the Black Stars squad at the 2014 edition staged in Brazil.
