With two matches to end the Yamaha League 1, Ghanaian defender Isaac Nana Honny remains hopeful of the league title despite trailing the leaders Port FC by six points.

Angthong FC have two outstanding matches and the Black Meteors defender insists wins in those matches will provide them the needed fuel for the title.

“We are behind the 1st-placed team with six points with two matches to end the season.”

“But we have four matches because we have two outstanding matches so we are still in for the title,” Honny told GHANAsoccernet.com

Honny, 22, was a member of the Ghana side that qualified the U23 to the 2015 All Africa Games in Congo Brazaville.
