Ho municipal division 3 begins on friday.

The Ho Municipal Football Association has rescheduled fixtures for the up- coming Division Three Middle League in the municipality. The league which was originally scheduled for October 19th, 20th and 21st has been brought forward a day earlier.NTL Sc, Panthers fc, Blue Flames and Area 51 fc are poised to battle each other in the 3 day competition at the Ho sports stadium to claim the sole slot to Volta regional Division 2 league next season. Action begin this Friday 18th October 2013 between NTL SC and Panthers fc at 1pm, before Blue Flames fc take on area 51 fc later in the day. Club president of Area 51 fc Joseph Kwame Amevor tells Us Fm sports despite the little knowledge on their opponents, hard training and discipline will be their trump card. ”we know little about the way our opponents play but we confident our boys can deliver when the need arises. We have been in camp immediately after the group stages undergoing training and have discipline players who can deliver the goals when the need arises so we don’t have any fear at all”. He further called on the fans to turn up at the stadium and show their support to the club. The other club managers also expressed their views on the ambition for qualifying to the second division. Daniel Agbogah, chairman of the municipal football association said pre match conference is set at 12pm each day and mandatory for all participating club. (Credit US FM)
