The technical team of Accra Hearts of Oak and Greater Accra Regional Chapters Committee of the club paid a visit to the family of Hudu Yahya.

Hudu Yahya, popularly called Car Owner, lost his life on Tuesday after collapsing hours before the Hearts-Kotoko match at the Accra Sports Stadium. He was rushed to the Ridge Hospital, but unfortunately he lost the battle in the early hours of Tuesday.

And after hearing the news of Hudu’s demise, the Hearts technical team led by Kenichi Yatsuhashi and Nassam Yakubu, together with the Greater Accra Regional Chapters Committee and second vice of the NCC Vicentia Deku visited the bereaved family on Thursday.

The Hearts entourage paid their commiserations to the family of Yahya and prayed to God to make the hereafter a better place for Hudu.

They encouraged the family to stay strong through the trying times and keep believing in God for He knows what is best.

Leader of the bereaved family also thanked the Hearts fraternity for the love and respect they have shown to the family.

Hudu Yahya left behind a wife and two children. A one-week prayer (Adu’aa) will be held at his residence in Nima, Alaska, on Tuesday at 10am.
