Hearts urge fans to patronise membership registration drive

Accra, Oct 24, GNA - The Management of Accra Hearts of Oak has urged the club's teeming supporters to patronise the on going national membership registration drive introduced to raise funds for its operations.

A released signed by Mr. Ashford Tettey-Oku, Administrative Manager of the club and copied to the GNA Sports, said the club has benefited immensely from the exercise following the support and cooperation from both the National Chapters Committee (NCC) and the Regional Chapters Committee as well as other individuals. Mr Tettey-Oku said the Management Committee has decided that the project to be undertaken by the funds would be managed by a Five-member independent Board of Trustee to ensure transparency in the cause of the drive.

He said a special account will be opened into which all monies will be paid and will be supervised by the board.

The administrative manager indicated that the list of members in good standing will be published after the first phase of the exercise which ends in November.

The release said the decisions were arrived at when the management met Raddom Ads, their marketing partners to review activities of the exercise.
