Hearts Play Stars Today

THE senior national team, Black Stars, will engage champion club Accra Hearts of Oak in a friendly match at the Accra Stadium today.

The match was arranged to keep the Stars active after their international friendly against either Niger, Benin or Tunisia fell through.

Tomorrow's duel will afford soccer fans an opportunity to see in action four foreign-based players — Alex Tachie-Mensah, Ibrahim Razak, Baffour Gyan and Prince Amoako — who are currently in the Stars camp.

The Black Stars who drew 1-1 with Algeria two weeks ago are scheduled to play the Nations Cup hosts, Mali, in their next international friendly on Tuesday, December 25.
