Heart of Lions, Stay Cool in dicey duel

Kpando Heart of Lions conclude the first phase of their mission to qualify for the premiership this afternoon when they clash with tough customers, Stay Cool FC, in a fierce Zone 3B thriller at the Accra Stadium.

After amassing 19 points from eight matches, Heart of Lions have already booked their ticket for the sub-middle league.

Therefore, the outcome of this match will not matter much for the league leaders.

However, for the sake of pride and the records, one can trust the lion-hearted lads to go all out for the maximum points.

On the other hand, Stay Cool, who are currently second on he table, need victory badly to make qualification doubly sure while avoiding a breathtaking finishing from close contenders, Great Mariners, who are favoured to defeat Deelorm Royals at Oda.

Strong outsiders, Vora, can also cause a stir in case of a slip by Stay Cool and Mariners.

Vora are the overwhelming favourites against bottom-placed Freedom Stars at Koforidua, while Volta Warriors engage Home Stars in a close contest in Tema. At Dawu, Khalid clash with Mighty Royals at encounter which favours the former.
