Goldfields Duo Shine For Ajax

Ajax Cape Town paraded their two new signings from Ghana’s Obuasi Goldfields, Anthony Baffoe and Robert Amoako in their four nil thrashing of newly promoted, African Wanderers in their fourth Premier Soccer league game on Friday. The spark that was missing from the team since the beginning of the season was provided by Anthony Baffoe and Robert Amoako.

The Ghanaian duo played a great game though they did not score in their debut. After proceedings, coach Gordon Igesund lauded the contribution of the former Obuasi Goldfields players and praised them for their high sense of tactical discipline. The coach noted that both players have fitted into his scheme so quickly and expressed the hope that they will improve in subsequent league games.
