Ghana to play England?

ENGLAND skipper John Terry could warm up for the World Cup with a showdown against Chelsea team-mates Didier Drogba or Michael Essien.

The FA have pencilled in a Wembley friendly for March 3 next year with both Drogba's Ivory Coast and Essien's Ghana in the running to face Terry and his Three Lions.

England coach Fabio Capello is believed to want African opposition for the last game before he names his provisional squad for South Africa.

An FA insider said: "We are confident both games would be a sellout. But nothing has been confirmed yet."
