The Black Stars of Ghana have been handed perhaps one of the toughest groups in the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations in Equatorial Guinea.

Ghana is housed in group C, with the best teams during the qualifiers; Algeria, South Africa and Sengal.

Ghana will play Senegal in the opening match in Mongomo, Wele-Nzas Province of Equatorial Guinea.

Ghana will seek to revive hope of winning the cup for the first time after 32 years, but will have ward off stiff opposition from the rising stars of Africa, Algeria, in-form South Africa and back to form Senegal.
