Ghana progress to semis in U20 Championship

Ghana has progressed to the semi-finals of the ongoing U20 African Championship after beating host nation Algeria by two goals to nil on Friday.
Striker Ebenezer Assifuah and Seidu got the goals for the Blacks Satellites in the first half.
Ghana joined Egypt as the qualified teams from the group into the last four stage of the championship.
The team played without influential captain, Lawrence Lartey who was suspended for the game.
