Ghana U20 land in Spain to begin training tour

Ghana’s Under-20 team have arrived in Catalonia, Spain to begin a ten-day training tour.

The Black Satellites capped the Italy leg of their European tour on Monday with a morale-boosting 3-2 victory over Novara’s youth team.

The team camped at the Novarello Training Centre in Novara for five days.

Head coach Sellas Tetteh has arranged another friendly this week before naming his final 21-man squad for the tournament.

Ghana want to reclaim the title they failed to defend two years ago in South Africa.

The Black Satellites will play against hosts Algeria, Benin and Egypt in Group A of the tournament.
