Ghana U20 beat Cameroon 2-1 on Friday afternoon in a keenly contested international friendly at the Tema Sports Stadium.

The Black Satellites were the first to score through centre-back Ishaaku Konda with a blistering header.

It was a huge goal for the Wa All Stars defender who has come on in leaps and bounds this term in the Ghana Premier League.

But Cameroon equalized before the first half.

After the break, Dreams FC midfielder Emmanuel Lomotey snatched the winner for Mas-Ud Dramani’s men.
