GHALCA swearing-in ceremony postponed indefinitely

The handing over and swearing-in ceremony of the Ghana League Clubs Association has been postponed indefinitely, GHANAsoccernet.com has gathered.

The ceremony which was supposed to come off today has been postponed to an indefinite date due to the body’s inability to put up proper arrangements for the occasion.

Sources close to the body disclosed to GHANAsoccernet.com that both outgoing and incoming executives met on Wednesday to look at the preparation for the event so far but were not satisfied.

They have since asked the transitional team to put together a comprehensive plan for the ceremony including a press soiree which shall be held after the handing over ceremony.

The transitional team is set to meet both executives on 5th May before agreeing on a date for the handing over and swearing-in ceremony.
