GHALCA meets club chairmen on Tuesday

Accra, July 5, GNA - The Ghana League Club Association (GHALCA) meets premier league chairmen or their accredited representatives at the Accra Sports Stadium on Tuesday.

A statement issued from the GHALCA Secretariat on Monday and signed by Mr Kudjoe Fianoo, Administrative Manager, said the main agenda would be the temporary suspended league matches.

The league has been put on ice until September, this year, due to a jammed calendar of the Ghana Football Association including the Black Stars World Cup qualifiers, the national Olympics soccer team's training tour ahead of August's Athens Olympics Games plus the participation of the Confederation Cup competition by Hearts of Oak, Asante Kotoko, King Faisal and Liberty Professionals.
