GHALCA emergency meeting

Accra, Sept. 09, GNA - The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) has invited Premier League Club Chairmen and Chief Executive Officers to an emergency meeting slated for Monday. September, 2010.

The emergency meeting which is scheduled for the GHALCA offices at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium at 1 p.m has as its main agenda the Glo sponsorship of the Premier League.

A press release issued from the GHALCA Secretariat copied to GNA Sports entreated all Chairmen and Chief Executives to endeavour to attend the emergency meeting on schedule to contribute towards the success of the League.

There is a raging controversy into the five year deal with Globacom, an international telecommunications company and the Ghana Football Association which is worth 15 million dollars, three million dollars a year for the Premier League.
