GHALCA Top 4 to start on Sept 1

The Ghana League Clubs Association has fixed the start of the 2013 Top 4 Tournament from September 1-22.

The pre-season tournament will feature league champions Asante Kotoko, Berekum Chelsea, Medeama and Ebusua Dwarfs.

GHALCA had a successful meeting with the representatives of the clubs last Friday in Accra where they agreed on the format for the competition.

The Top 4 tournament will be played on a home and away basis with matches lined up for the 1st, 4th and 8th September.

The remaining matches will be played on the 14th, 18th and 22nd of September.

Home teams will pocket 50 per cent of the net gate proceeds.
