GFA sends goodwill message to Medeama ahead of Shendy clash

The Ghana Football Association has sent a goodwill message to Medeama SC ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup match with Sudanese club, Al Shandy on Wednesday in Essipong.

Medeama have so far been worthy ambassadors of Ghana in the competition, having eliminated their Libyan opponents in the previous round, as well as registering an impressive 0:0 score line in the first leg of this fixture in Sudan a couple of days ago.

As the only Ghanaian club left in this year’s CAF inter-club competitions, the GFA urges Medeama to continue to fly high the flag of Ghana and make it to the group stage of the competition and beyond.

The next hurdle towards achieving this national dream is Al Shandy, and we believe Medeama will surmount this challenge.
