GFA opens second window of registration

Accra, March 27, GNA - The Professional League Board has in consultation with the Ghana Football Association (GFA) decided to continue with the registration of players on Saturday and Sunday, 29 and 30t March for the 2007/2008 Onetouch Premier League.

The second window of registration of players has been necessitated in furtherance to Article 28 (1) of the FA's Regulations and in recognition of the fact that the last league match of the first round of the league was played on19th March.

Mr K. Ampim-Darko, Deputy General Secretary of the GFA in a release copied to the GNA Sports said all Premier Clubs are therefore being informed that the offices of the PLB would b opened at the week-end for the registration period for the second round of the league is adhered to accordingly.

He urged all interested clubs to adhere to the dates and ensure that they meet the deadline to register players they intend to feature in the second round of the league.
